Is ADHD Hereditary? – Suggestions For a Quieter Life All Round

If you life has been filled with ongoing stress, depression, emotional swings or if it has seemed like the world is falling apart around you, then please read on. While I am not an astrologer, apparently Saturn moved into Virgo on September 2.

Before we talk about how Saturn has affected us as it transited (moved through) Cancer, Leo and now Virgo, let’s first talk about Saturn and the energy of Saturn itself.

Saturn can be likened to an authority figure.

As an authority figure, it points out our limitations and what isn’t working in our lives and expects us to rise up to the occasion. Starting in June of 2003, Saturn moved into Cancer. Cancer is the sign of love and compassion.

So what does that mean or how did we experience Saturn in Cancer.

We had the chance to see where things were working and observe if our needs were being met.

Finally on July 16, 2005, Saturn left Cancer and moved into Leo.

Leo is a sign that likes drama and to perform. It is fun loving and attention seeking. A little bossy and liking to have its own way, even according to astrologers, the transit of Saturn through Leo can and did create a bit of havoc in our lives.

The lesson of Saturn in Leo is many fold. With Saturn in Leo, we were being tasked to project our newfound selves out into the world and display our “authentic selves” – not in an effort to satisfy our egos, but instead so that we could live our lives with integrity and passion.

What I found interesting was that for many of us parts of our lives worked fine, thus we were rewarded, while in other areas we suffered deeply. This suffering was an indication of the portions of ourselves or our lives that just weren’t working – places where our egos were still ruling the ship. You may have seen your life as being filled with setbacks or failures that hurt your self confidence and self-esteem. Virgo rules science, medicine, teaching and working for the common good. Acknowledge the messages of spirit or the synchronicities in your life. Pay attention to what’s working and where you are experiencing resistance, setbacks or pain, because these are the areas in most need of healing.

Saturn’s Transit And Its Effect On Your Life

The question, is ADHD hereditary, has fascinated experts for some time now.

More bonding green time and less media time.

ADHD can be a great way of building family life especially if you know the symptoms yourself and this can be another great way of bonding.

The ancient laws of nature provide the platform for Innerwealth management. They provide you with an independent, self determined strategy for inner self management. They help you put your inner environment under your own control and therefore create the world around you that you choose. A way to bring your inner environment in harmony with the outer environment you wish to create.

The environment within to the environment without.

Choose the way you affect the world, and how the world responds to you. We are the environment we create. The inner world causes the outer. The Ancient laws of nature, building a better world.

REAL SELF HELP IS HELPING OTHERS

There is a vast difference between self help and self obsession but most people don’t understand that difference. The ancient laws of nature taught that we should consider the inner self as the key to contributing to others. There is no use asking for peace in the world if you, yourself, have no peace within.

In our lives, we cannot become fair-weather sailors. It is about being generous to people when we feel bad. You can choose your inner response to the world.

The ancient laws of nature explained circumstances differently to religion or convention. If you are choosing to bring a change in the world, you have to think and act different to the world.

REAL LIFE CHANGE

People are people, no better or worse than anyone else.

We can definitely change our response to circumstances. We can “perceive” the world as a good place, we can perceive people as good. Some people have stronger ego minds than others. I have had many people become extremely intimidated by these laws of nature simply because those laws confront the conventional thinking of fundamentalism, the ego-mind.

Life and death are in harmony.

Emotion is an imbalanced thought.

The mastery of your responses to circumstances is the beginning of a life changing commitment.

Many people think of the environment in terms of air, water and noise pollution. Many people think that people who live in primitive pristine environments live long.

Did you know that people become as you treat them? Parents.

Our inner world can be felt by others; our feelings, emotions, thoughts, expectations, desires are more transparent than we think. We know when people are bluffing.

However, some people are still stuck in the old ways. There are also people disguised as evolved and educated citizens who treat people very poorly. Aggressive people, angry people, violent people, mean ones. Your inner environment is transparent. The inner environment.

Being good, is what many people deep as a pollution free inner world. This woman blasted her car horn as if the world was coming to an end. We react to the world in very peculiar ways. (there’s always a balance)

What do you want to cause in the world?

Now, this is important because many people will end up in self obsession mode. Remembering that your inner environment is transparent. It’s your choice.

RAW HONESTY – A BETTER WORLD

In my workshops I try to encourage people to witness nature.

It is all about your contribution to the world. That includes the people you hang out with. Some ideas that you want people to feel when they know you.

Ultimately, we change the world by being the change we want the world to become.

Essay on Early Life of Ramses

I found out I needed chemo in a very unconventional way. “I’ll do anything to fight this thing…at least I don’t need chemo”.

Nathalie, age 22

Chemotherapy (often simply called ‘chemo’) uses drugs to weaken and destroy cancer cells. Unlike other treatments, chemo works through the bloodstream and therefore affects not only the cancer cells but the whole body. This means that healthy cells can also be damaged- causing the unpleasant side-effects associated with chemotherapy. These side-effects include anaemia, fatigue, dry and sensitive skin, infertility, loss of appetite and weight loss, nausea and vomiting. Yet it was the prospect of losing her hair that caused Nathalie the most distress. I think everyone (including Nathalie) would agree that hair loss may be an ultimately small price to pay for your life, yet I am equally sure that there are few women who wouldn’t sympathize with this very natural and instinctive response. Science explains hair loss due to chemotherapy as the drug attacking ALL rapidly growing cells- that includes cancer cells and… those in your hair roots.

Our hair is part of who we are…

A woman’s relationship with her hair is a deep and complex one. Who among us can’t identify with the agony of a bad hair day?

Having long hair in particular is still viewed as a specifically feminine trait in many cultures. In short, I looked like Hey Arnold. My point is that hair can be a reminder of femininity, a boost to self-esteem, and a comfort. How we wear our hair can have a huge influence on our demeanour, our posture, even our mannerisms.

Some people will think I’m a neo-Nazi… or I’m a lesbian

Nathalie is one of the few women who actually has an amicable relationship with their hair. We reached an understanding right about the time I agreed to stop torturing it. No more sun-in, chemical ‘relaxers’, permanent colours, semi-permanent tints, high-lights, low-lights… Bought curlers. I actually love it even more than my regular hair.” As Nathalie concluded, “this was one of my biggest hurdles. The hair was what was really bringing me down emotionally. But now I realize-it’s just hair.
